Compare the official listings first

Steam lists controller support, achievements, leaderboards, and desktop operating systems. The App Store listing carries its own mobile version number, release notes, touch context, and platform account features.

Those listings prove platform context; they do not prove every gameplay value is different. Mark a difference only when the current build shows one.

The compact board design is shared, but surrounding platform services can differ.

Never merge patch dates by assumption

A version label on mobile should not be treated as synchronized with a Steam announcement unless the developer says so or both builds can be checked directly.

Attach platform and visible version to every skull effect, challenge rule, and bug report.

  • Store platform
  • Visible game version
  • Update date
  • Input method
  • Achievement or leaderboard service

Use disagreement as a test case

When two players see different text, capture the same skull, hand, or menu on both builds. Compare wording and behavior separately.

If the wording matches but behavior differs, reproduce the trigger under the same mode before reporting a platform bug.
